Hyderabadi Kachi Biryani

1 kilogram chicken 12 pieces 1 cup yogurt, heaped 3 teaspoon chili powder, heaped 1 1/2 teaspoons mix spices 1 cup onion, brown 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 3/4 cup oil 2 potatoes, cut in big pieces and deep fried 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoons saffron 1 tablespoon kewra 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped 20 to 25 mint leaves, chopped 8 green chilies, chopped 1/2 kilogram rice Whole spices as required
Marinate chicken for two hours with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt, half brown onion, half cup oil, all spices and chopped green chilies.
Boil rice with 2 tablespoons salt and whole spices till half done.
In a pan spread chicken mixture, spread with half boiled rice, sprinkle top with remaining brown onion, remaining oil and chopped coriander leaves.
Drizzle milk dissolved with saffron and kewra.
Cover pan with tight fitted lid, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Hyderabadi kachi biryani is ready to serve.
